What is the typical production lead time? Can you accommodate urgent or rush orders?

2026-08-19

From file confirmation and deposit receipt to production completion, our standard production lead time is approximately 3 to 7 working days. The exact timeline depends on the product type:

Softcover books (perfect binding) : around 3 working days

Hardcover books (case binding) : around 5 working days

Board games and custom sets (including cards, boxes, boards) : lead time varies based on the number and complexity of components

We do support urgent orders and express production services. If you need faster delivery, we’ll first check whether we can accommodate your timeline.    A rush order fee of approximately 200 USD applies for expedited requests.

Key factors that can affect the production schedule include the completeness and quality of your print-ready PDF files (300 DPI with bleed), whether revisions are needed after sample approval, and occasional uncontrollable variables such as unexpected production issues or customs clearance delays.

To ensure a smooth process, we recommend providing finalized, properly formatted files and confirming your sample sign-off as early as possible.

How does the production process work from inquiry to delivery? What quality assurance measures do you have?

Our production process is straightforward and transparent.   Here’s how it typically works:

Inquiry & Specification – You provide your project details, including product type, quantity, size, paper stock, binding, and finishing requirements (lamination, embossing, foil stamping, etc.).

Quotation & Confirmation – We send you a detailed quote. Once you confirm, we move to the next step.

File Review & Sample Production – You provide your print-ready PDF files (300 DPI recommended, with 3mm bleed included). We review the files for technical issues and produce a physical sample for your approval.

Sample Approval & Deposit – After you approve the sample, you pay the 50% deposit to start mass production.

Mass Production & In-line QC – We manufacture your order using our full-scale offset printing presses (e.g., Heidelberg). Throughout production, we conduct multiple quality checks — including color density verification, registration accuracy, and binding strength tests — to ensure consistency and quality.

Final Payment & Shipment – Once production is complete and final quality inspection (FQI) passes, we notify you to arrange the 50% balance payment. After payment is confirmed, we ship the order and provide shipping details.

We also offer pre-press technical support to help you with file setup — including providing die-cut templates and bleed guides if needed. And yes, we welcome client inspections during or after production. If you’re not able to visit in person, we can arrange remote inspection via video call or send detailed photos for your review.
