How long does delivery take after production is completed? What are the sea freight and express shipping options?

2026-08-19

Once mass production is finished and the final balance payment has been received, we can ship your order immediately — there’s no additional waiting time on our side.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the transport method you choose (sea freight, air freight, or courier). For sea freight shipping, typical transit times range from 30 to 70 days, depending on the shipping route, port schedules, and vessel availability.   We’re flexible with logistics and support the use of your designated freight forwarder if you have one.

We’ll do our best to provide tracking information once the shipment is on its way. For sea freight, however, real-time tracking is not always available — in such cases, we can only provide estimated arrival dates based on the shipping schedule.    We’ll keep you informed along the way and let you know as soon as we have concrete updates.

How does the production process work from inquiry to delivery? What quality assurance measures do you have?

Our production process is straightforward and transparent.   Here’s how it typically works:

Inquiry & Specification – You provide your project details, including product type, quantity, size, paper stock, binding, and finishing requirements (lamination, embossing, foil stamping, etc.).

Quotation & Confirmation – We send you a detailed quote. Once you confirm, we move to the next step.

File Review & Sample Production – You provide your print-ready PDF files (300 DPI recommended, with 3mm bleed included). We review the files for technical issues and produce a physical sample for your approval.

Sample Approval & Deposit – After you approve the sample, you pay the 50% deposit to start mass production.

Mass Production & In-line QC – We manufacture your order using our full-scale offset printing presses (e.g., Heidelberg). Throughout production, we conduct multiple quality checks — including color density verification, registration accuracy, and binding strength tests — to ensure consistency and quality.

Final Payment & Shipment – Once production is complete and final quality inspection (FQI) passes, we notify you to arrange the 50% balance payment. After payment is confirmed, we ship the order and provide shipping details.

We also offer pre-press technical support to help you with file setup — including providing die-cut templates and bleed guides if needed. And yes, we welcome client inspections during or after production. If you’re not able to visit in person, we can arrange remote inspection via video call or send detailed photos for your review.
