How do you handle client artwork, designs, and confidential product information?

2026-08-19

We understand that artwork, unpublished books, game designs, product concepts, and other creative materials may be commercially sensitive.

Client-provided files and product information are used for the purpose of quotation, production, quality control, and related project coordination. We do not use a client's designs as our own products or intentionally distribute them to unrelated third parties.

If a project involves particularly sensitive or unpublished materials, clients can also discuss confidentiality requirements with us before sharing the complete files.

We respect the intellectual property rights of our clients and understand that protecting unpublished products is an important part of a professional manufacturing relationship.

How does the production process work from inquiry to delivery? What quality assurance measures do you have?

Our production process is straightforward and transparent.   Here’s how it typically works:

Inquiry & Specification – You provide your project details, including product type, quantity, size, paper stock, binding, and finishing requirements (lamination, embossing, foil stamping, etc.).

Quotation & Confirmation – We send you a detailed quote. Once you confirm, we move to the next step.

File Review & Sample Production – You provide your print-ready PDF files (300 DPI recommended, with 3mm bleed included). We review the files for technical issues and produce a physical sample for your approval.

Sample Approval & Deposit – After you approve the sample, you pay the 50% deposit to start mass production.

Mass Production & In-line QC – We manufacture your order using our full-scale offset printing presses (e.g., Heidelberg). Throughout production, we conduct multiple quality checks — including color density verification, registration accuracy, and binding strength tests — to ensure consistency and quality.

Final Payment & Shipment – Once production is complete and final quality inspection (FQI) passes, we notify you to arrange the 50% balance payment. After payment is confirmed, we ship the order and provide shipping details.

We also offer pre-press technical support to help you with file setup — including providing die-cut templates and bleed guides if needed. And yes, we welcome client inspections during or after production. If you’re not able to visit in person, we can arrange remote inspection via video call or send detailed photos for your review.
